You buy SMS credits in packs. Each credit = one SMS message sent to one Zimbabwe number. The more credits you buy, the lower your cost per SMS.
Yes. You purchase credit bundles as you need them — there's no subscription to change. Simply buy the next bundle at any time.
Yes. Unused credits roll over as long as your account remains active. Credits expire 12 months from date of purchase, and you'll be notified 30 days before.
No. There is no limit on how many messages you can send in a single campaign. Your only constraint is your available credit balance.
The campaign will pause once credits are exhausted. Top up your balance and the remaining recipients will be processed in the next send.
