What is your SMS service?
Our SMS service provides reliable, scalable text messaging for businesses of all sizes. We offer high rate delivery, high throughput, and easy integration via API or our web interface.
How quickly are messages delivered?
Messages are typically delivered within 2-5 seconds, though delivery times may vary slightly depending on the network and carrier.
Do you support two-way messaging?
No, we currently do not support both sending and receiving SMS messages.
What countries do you support?
We support messaging to Zimbabwe only. Some countries may have specific requirements or restrictions. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific destination.

Pricing & Billing

How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of SMS messages sent. We offer volume discounts as shown in our pricing packages. Additional messages beyond your package are charged at the package rate.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Price plans are only used when purchasing SMS not sending them.
Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no setup fees or hidden charges. You only pay for the SMS messages you send.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all local mode of payment althought the site is currently accepting ecocash payment. For other local payment please contact support or account manager.

Technical Questions

API and technical details.

What is your API uptime SLA?
We guarantee 99.95% uptime for our API. Enterprise customers can request higher SLA levels with custom agreements although we depend on third parties such as ECONET.
How do you handle message encoding?
We automatically detect and handle both GSM-7 and UCS-2 (Unicode) encoding. Messages that contain Unicode characters will use UCS-2 encoding, which may limit the number of characters per message.
